How interview time is counted
Only managed sessions consume minutes. Everything below applies to Pro.
| Your own keys | Sessions run on your own AI and speech-to-text keys never consume minutes, on any plan. You pay your providers directly for what you use. |

| Rounding | Managed sessions are measured per session and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. A 3-minute session costs 15 minutes; a 16-minute session costs 30. |
| Order of use | Your monthly subscription minutes are used first. Only once those run out do any on-demand hours you have bought start being drawn down. |
| Running out | When your balance reaches zero, managed sessions stop starting. The app keeps working — switch back to your own keys and carry on for free. |
| Renewal and cancellation | Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to the free tier. |
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing and sales tax, and your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Billing questions
Pro provisions AI and speech-to-text keys server-side, so you don't manage any API keys yourself. It includes 5 hours of interview time per month, cloud context sync, and session upload.
On-demand hours are $3/hour top-ups to your balance, available to active Pro subscribers. They never expire and work with all premium features. Buy them from your dashboard billing page — an active subscription is required to purchase them.
Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which supports major cards and handles sales tax compliance globally.
Yes. If Rep-AI isn't working for you, contact support and we'll sort it out. Refunds are issued through Paddle, who processed the payment. If you're in the EU or UK you also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase.
